You said you installed Nero MediaHome. Is this the free version? I couldn't tell you that until you told you told me what the name of the installation file. I can't find that drive anywhere as v7. As I questioned, Driver Whiz is doing a come-on just like so much of the other free software out there. The fact that I can't find your drive anywhere on the web as v7 except for a Gateway system makes it nearly impossible.

If your drive is shown there, click on it. However, you have to buy the whole package and, if you need Nero for any other projects, it's more cost effective to buy either v2015 Classic or Platinum, depending on your needs. How interesting to struggle so much as I did to find out in the end that a customer needs to purchase additional non included components for the item to work as reasonably expected. I opened File Explorer with the disc s in the drive, right clicked on the drive and selected Open.
